事實上羅馬書1：1-7是一句話，在1-4節斷句是不對的，應該是個分號。
保羅學問太大，想説的話太多，所以，一開口，就把大老粗們轉暈了。我看到最符合我心意的翻譯應該是DARBY1890版：
Romans 1:1-7
1Paul, bondman of Jesus Christ, a called apostle, separated to God's glad tidings, 2(which he had before promised by his prophets in holy writings,) 3concerning his Son (come of David's seed according to flesh, 4marked out Son of God in power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by resurrection of the dead) Jesus Christ our Lord; 5by whom we have received grace and apostleship in behalf of his name, for obedience of faith among all the nations, 6among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ: 7to all that are in Rome, beloved of God, called saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.

King James 版本也可以，用了一個括號，後面Darby關於兒子那個括號部分用了從句，斷句也是像Darby一樣斷在第7節。不像NIV版本斷在第四節。

1耶穌基督的僕人保羅，奉召為使徒，特派傳神的 3關於他的兒子（按肉體說是從大衛後裔生的； 4按聖善的靈說，他因從死裏復活，以大能顯明是神的兒子）耶穌是我們的主和救贖者的福音 (2這福音是神從前藉眾先知在聖經上所應許的)； 5我們從他受了恩惠並使徒的職分，在萬國之中叫人為他的名順服信心； 6其中也有你們這蒙召屬耶穌基督的人； 7我寫信給你們在羅馬、為神所愛、奉召作聖徒的眾人，願恩惠、平安從我們的父神並主耶穌基督歸與你們！
